Sabrina started in real estate in 2015 in N VA with a boutique broker. Since then she has built and grown 4 Real Estate Support Organizations and led the way in modernizing and creating virtual systems for regions, offices, and teams across multiple brokerages in the US. She is also involved in several nonprofit boards in the military spouse community and leading the way for change in the local base and school communities on Oahu.
Rose Ann Gonzales
Director of Operations /Trainer
Rose Ann is a C-Suite Executive Assistant and a database specialist. Prior to joining Collab Engine, she served as a DOO for a productivity coaching program in Utah, supporting more than 20 agents in marketing, lead generation, and database management. She also served as a lead concierge for a team in Nashville Metroplex and partnered with Tawnya & Sabrina for providing their FUB/Ylopo set-up & documentation, lead generation training, and lead reporting.
Charlton White
Agent Operations Specialist & Trainer
Charlton is System and Operations Director with an IT background, learning and building tools to help businesses achieve their goals is his true passion. A believer in the power of technology to accelerate progress and understanding of the company's visions.
Before joining CE in the virtual environment, Charlton served as an Logistics Manager at bulk ship loading and transport company for a large limestone quarry export facility in Honduras. From his early days in network administration to logistics, Charlton found inspiration in bringing moving pieces together, empowering co-workers, decision-making and innovation.
Charlton lives in Honduras, Central America with his wife and 3 sons, and a baby princess on the way.
Geofrey Baje
Database & Systems Specialist
Geof can take any database projects with ease thanks to his analytical approach and advanced Excel skills. Prior to joining the company, he was a former Transaction Coordinator supporting agents in Washington and an admin of a real estate investor. He is also a licensed Chemical Engineer in the Philippines.
